About Me

I am California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and am apart of a Private Practice in Fresno, California.  I have extensive experience in working with individuals, couples, and families.  I work collaboratively with people to help them in their desired area of change, develop healthy relationships and deal with challenges in their lives.

For many years I have worked in various roles as Therapist, Counselor, Manager and Coach.  My previous experiences include working with diverse clientele in a variety of mental health settings and schools where I provided therapeutic services to couples, women, men, families and college students.  I have worked to help people facing a broad range of issues including (but not limited to): depression, anxiety, relationship issues, attachment disruption, PTSD, domestic violence, trauma, gender-identity, grief and loss, exploration of self, and among others. My office serves as a safe and inviting space for my clients from all walks of life.

My counseling practices primarily stems from a strength-based approach. I treat people with respect, compassion and empower them in discovering their inner strengths and utilize these strengths to get through difficult times.  I have adopted an eclectic approach to therapy including (but not limited to): CBT-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Gottsman Couples Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Whether you like to attend therapy on your own, with your partner, as a family or someone you care about wants to learn more about how professional counseling may help,  please contact me at 559-370-4120 or [email protected].
